Dana De Nault has delivered 22 years of documented results running professional service teams, conducting strategic marketing and developing multi-party partnerships in the technology industry. Upon relocating from Northern California's Silicon Valley to New England in 2009, Dana established De Nault & Associates, a consultancy dedicated to accelerating business by improving client workplaces through positive organizational change and human development. As of March 2014, he now resides as an expatriate in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil where he continues to develop his practice, teach organizational psychology while also attempting to learn the nuances of "Carioca" Portuguese. His current research focus is on global leadership development.
Dana's current philanthropic work includes the Clearport Technology Group where he is one of four principals operating a 501(3) c dedicated to supporting small Non-Profits with technology enablement grants and installations. Additionally, he has sat on a number of education and non-profit management and oversight committees. Until his recent relocation, he was an active board member for a large Massachusetts social service organization and charged with the ongoing success of its community welfare mission.
Dana is a graduate of Bates College and Stanford University's certificate program for Advanced Project Management (SCPM). He holds a Master degree in Organizational Psychology and is currently a doctoral candidate in the Leadership Psychology program at William James College. He possesses both United States and Italian citizenship and enjoys an amazing multicultural household with his wife, Nina, and children, Diego and Gaia.
