School Psychology MA/CAGS
Class of 2019
My name is Devin and I am a School Psychology MA/CAGS student here at William James. I currently reside on the North Shore. I graduated from Endicott College in May of 2013, where I majored in Psychology and minored in Human Services. Prior to attending William James, I worked for an outreach mental health agency, and for Marblehead Public Schools. While working for Marblehead Public Schools, I discovered the field of School Psychology, and began the process of applying to graduate programs, which is when I discovered William James!
From my first moment visiting William James, I was impressed with how welcome I felt. Starting a graduate program can be a bit nerve-racking, but the small and intimate environment allowed me to immediately feel comfortable.
As a current student, I couldn’t be happier about my decision to attend William James. Training at William James includes extensive field experience, and the opportunity to learn from knowledgeable and professional faculty members. In addition, my cohort is extremely close and supportive to one another, which makes for an ideal learning environment.
Throughout my time at William James, I have grown professionally and personally, and I am always motivated by my peers and professors to succeed. I look forward to my remaining years at William James, and am eager to continue adding to my skill set, so I can be the best school psychologist I can be! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me, or anyone in the School Psychology program, and good luck!
