ORG EC521 - Organizational Development in Executive Coaching

This course focuses on the theory and practices at the core of understanding, and intervening in organizations. It helps the student to view executive coaching situations from the organizational systems perspective. This perspective zooms in at the individual, interpersonal, group, inter-group, and organizational levels. It delves into the many facets of organizational dynamics and interventions to impact structures, processes, cultures, and strategies. When students have completed the course they will be able to understand an executive coaching engagement from every level of the organizational system in which the executive operates. Pre-requisite: EC501.
