Field Project

Although this program does not lead to licensure, it supports the distinguishing feature of William James College programs in its commitment to experiential learning through a field project.  The 80-hour field project course requires students to apply their learning to a worksite challenge and complete a paper on this assessment with the signature of a superordinate.  Each field project will be designed so that students can focus on developing and demonstrating competency in the set of student affairs performance skills including planning, performance, development and summative assessment.
