William James College has a priority due date of March 1, for a September start and November 1st for a January starting term. We continue to make institutional awards on a funds-available basis for students whose applications are received after the due date. If you are not applying for a William James College grant or Scholarship, the FAFSA must be filed six weeks prior to the start of classes to insure timely payment of tuition.
All financial aid awards, including student loans, are paid directly to the school and credited to your student account at the start of each academic semester. After all tuition and fees are covered, funds for living expenses will then be released to the student by check payment after the add/drop period.
