Public Alumni Referral Network

For all William James College Alumni:

Our public Alumni Referral Network is an important resource for the community both inside and outside of William James College.  It is an opportunity for alumni to list information about their practice, specialties, and skills to help them grow their business and professional networks.

Our association of graduate psychologists, counselors, and professionals can provide guidance, referrals and support for each other. Many alumni report that they enjoy the up-dates on classmates in  Rapport and that they would like the opportunity to add their own news on our Website.  Our public Alumni Referral Network gives our alumni the opportunity to share their professional information with one other and with the community.

If you would like to be added to the network, or to update your information, please complete this form (.docx)  and email to Julie Polson at julie_polson@williamjames.edu or mail to William James College, One Wells Avenue, Newton, MA 02459.

For those who work with children and families:

William James College INTERFACE Referral Service

As part of William James College's Freedman Center for Child and Family Development, William James College INTERFACE Referral Service works to increase awareness of mental health issues impacting children and families and to improve access to appropriate mental health services.  If you see children/adolescents and/or their parents, your profile can be included at no cost to you.

Two key components of William James College INTERFACE Referral Service are its helpline and website. The helpline is available Monday-Friday from 9:00 am-5:00 pm at 617-332-3666 x1411 or 888-244-6843 x1411. Callers are provided professional and personalized counseling referrals matched for location, specialty, and insurance or fee requirements. In addition, callers receive follow-up service until they are well established within a therapeutic relationship. On our INTERFACE website individuals can find information related to mental health questions and services for children and families, including various tools for providers.

We hope you will become part of our INTERFACE database. To join the database, please send an e-mail to updates@msppinterface.org to receive an individual password and instructions on how to provide information online. If you prefer, you may add your profile by phone at 617-332-3666 x1411.
