Have you recently had a baby? Are you feeling alone? Are you feeling anxious or sad?
We understand! Bring your baby and join us!

For moms with babies up to 1 year old.
Eight-week series meeting for 90 minutes.

This group will share and discuss the highs and lows of parenting a young baby, skills for stress and anxiety reduction, and learn how to access community resources. Participants will gain support from each other and a professional facilitator.
