Anti-Racist Leadership

Be a leader in diversity, equity and inclusion.

Leaders and practitioners in all venues require continuous focus and practice with cultural competence skills and leading in systems involving DEI issues.

The Anti-Racist Leadership Concentration is focused on developing leaders able to create the conditions needed to influence equitable mindsets and inclusive environments. By enhancing and utilizing skills that promote social justice, build social emotional competencies, and develop an understanding of human and group dynamics, participants will be equipped to create equitable organizational cultures and environments.
