ORG HC003 - Psychology of Learning, Growth and Change in Adulthood

This course provides an overview of psychological theories of adult development and motivation theory relevant for coaches. Students will explore models such as Kegan's developmental theory, the transtheoretical model, and William Bridges' writings on change in relation to facilitating individual change in clients.
Learning goals: Upon completion students will:
- Understand several theories of adult development and change
- Be able to apply those theories to their own personal growth
- Develop the ability to develop coaching practices based in sound evidence based theory
