Why Smart People Make Bad Choices by Captain Dwight Gertz
Thursday, March 15, 2018
As a Captain in the US Navy, Partner at Bain & Company, and CEO of a technology business, Dwight Gertz spent 30 years as a maker and observer of good and bad decisions. Joining the faculty at Babson College in 2006 gave him the time and space to try to make sense of those experiences. This opportunity led to the development of a graduate course, Decisions: Why Smart People Make Bad Choices, that has become one of the most popular electives at Babson. He has BA degree from Yale College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
