Many therapists, whether they’re in private practice or working out of a community health center, can offer remote therapy via telephone or a HIPAA-compliant videochat software (like Zoom or Google Meet with encryption). Ask your therapist/ counselor what your options are for virtual sessions if you feel comfortable with remote therapy.
