Profile Statement

With over 30 years of experience in executive development, Susan is a seasoned professional with expertise in executive coaching, leadership development, competency modeling and creating practical solutions to complex business and learning challenges. Susan has coached hundreds of executives, designed and delivered leadership programs for a wide range of organizations including large global organizations, bio-tech start-ups, results-focused financial services and high profile non-profits. She worked internally as a manager in both PandL and functional roles confronting and solving many of the problems that many leaders face today. Susan brings her deep expertise, broad experience and practical focus to helping executives and organizations cope with fast-paced, demanding challenges. Some of Susan's recent clients are American Institutes of Research, Accion, Aileron Therapeutics, Analog Devices, Berkshire Partners, Bright Horizons, H.P. Hood, IDEO, Idexx Laboratories, International Committee for Research on Women,Internews, Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, Millennium Pharmaceuticals, National Public Radio, Natural Resources Defense Council, Nimbus Discovery, Noyce Leadership Institute for Science Center Leaders, Staples, Sunlife Financial and TJX Companies. Susan earned her BA at Harvard University and her MEd at Northeastern University.
