This dynamic course on consulting skills and practice will unlock students’ potential as an internal or external Organizational Development practitioner. The course will equip students with the opportunity to integrate their program learning by crafting a compelling professional proposal, a career path plan, and a practice model. Students will dive into the consulting process and explore the diverse roles that consultants assume, while honing their contract development skills. Students will apply techniques for managing resistance throughout the contracting and consulting process. This course will empower students to contract for collaboration with clients integrating expertise and knowledge throughout diagnosis, data collection, and delivery of impactful feedback and recommendations. Students will demonstrate mastery of consultation and practice skills learned in the program by completing comprehensive exams during the course.
