This course delves into advanced whole system diagnosis models and emphasizes collaborative sensemaking for the design, execution, and assessment of interventions across organizational levels. Students will hone crucial competencies in employing both dialogic and conventional intervention methods for exploration and steering of organizational change. Students will also gain insights into presenting diagnostic findings and collaborating with clients to develop and implement aligned interventions. The course will also cover methodologies for assessing and appraising the effects of change processes, offering tactical and strategic evaluation frameworks.
