The Field Placement course sequence (Field Placement 1 and Field Placement 2) is designed to actively support students in cultivating and applying key competencies in organizational psychology through an immersive 80-hour field project within an organization (project site). This hands-on experience serves as a practical application of the foundational concepts acquired throughout the program. It provides a unique opportunity for students to explore their professional interests, advance their personal development journey, and expand their professional network. Under the guidance of a qualified professional at the project site, students receive valuable supervision, complemented by additional oversight from seminar faculty and peer consultation through weekly mandatory live webinars. Regular evaluations at the midpoint and project completion ensure the effective tracking of student progress.
