Our expert practitioner faculty provide a supportive learning environment that combines important classroom instruction with significant practicum experience. We make our Organizational and Leadership Psychology department accessible to a global and diverse community by utilizing the greatest advances in pedagogy and online teaching technology. 

Our department is pioneering some of the most important curricula developments in applied psychology to address the most pressing needs of organizations today. Where other institutions teach the theory of intervention, our programs provide students with the competencies, tools and understanding of psychological theory to be able to effect positive and lasting change. The mission for Organizational and Leadership Psychology Department (OLP) is to have practitioner scholar faculty train a new generation of Organizational and Leadership Psychology practitioners and Talent Management professionals who are skilled in working across a diverse array of global clients to make their client's organizations effective in the market place with internal cultures that support wellbeing and innovation.

The vision of the OLP department is to ensure the opportunity of elite graduate education (masters and doctorate) is accessible to the international community by utilizing cutting edge advances in pedagogy and online educational technology.
