The Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc.® has approved the following course sequence as meeting the coursework requirements for eligibility to take the Board Certified Behavior Analyst Examination®. Applicants will have to meet additional requirements to qualify. Graduates of the MA in ABA program will not have to provide coursework documentation when applying to sit for the certification exam by verifying that they have completed this approved course sequence.'

The course sequence surpasses the minimum number of hours of instruction in several different areas that is required by the BACB. As a result, our graduates will be well-prepared for the national exam for board certification and for professional work after certification.

In addition to completing this comprehensive course sequence, candidates for certification must also complete a minimum number of supervised fieldwork or practicum hours. The practicum and internship experiences of the MA in ABA program meets these requirements.
