School Psychology Department
Make a Difference in the Lives of Others
The William James College School Psychology department combines innovative classroom instruction, supervised field experiences, and supportive faculty advising. In our school psychology or applied behavior analysis programs, you will grow as a professional and as a person. Our student-centered learning environment will prepare you to work in a variety of settings including public and private schools, community mental health centers, childcare and early learning organizations, or other healthcare and educational facilities.
Our School Psychology Specialist program is accredited by the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP). Our ABA program is designed to meet the national certification requirements of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Successfully passing the BACB’s certification exam is required for licensure in many states, including Massachusetts.
