Licensure Eligibility

Upon completion of the program requirements, students will meet the minimum coursework set forth by the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI) to take the exam to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Applicants will need to meet additional fieldwork requirements before they can be deemed eligible to take the examination. Contingent on passing the BCBA exam, students will meet the requirements to become a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in the majority of US states.

Licensure Eligibility

Program graduates will be fully qualified for certification or licensure as school psychologists in Massachusetts and in other states. After working as a school psychologist for two years and meeting other requirements, graduates can apply for Massachusetts licensure as an educational psychologist and practice privately. (Credentialing requirements for private practice vary from state to state.)
