Rob Greenly transforms smart professionals and high achievers into influential leadersTM through executive coaching, leadership development, team facilitation, and hands-on training. His specialty is working with physicians, scientists, engineers, academics, CFOs and other successful functional experts in senior leadership roles. Rob draws upon his own firsthand experience as a senior leader as Director of Leadership at the MIT Sloan School of Management, Director of Organization Development and Training at Astra Pharmaceuticals, Vice President of Leadership and Organization Development at Boston Scientific, and Chief Administrative Officer for Human Resources at Putnam Investments.

Rob has coached and/or consulted for a wide range of clients including Atrius Health/Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, Becton Dickinson, Biogen, Bluefin Robotics, General Electric, Genzyme, Harvard Medical School, IBM, Johns Hopkins University, Millennium Pharmaceuticals (now Takeda Oncology), MITRE, National Institute of Corrections, Northeastern University, Raytheon, SAP North America, State Street Bank, the United States Navy, Verizon, Volpe Transportation Center, and many others.

Rob is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), undertook advanced training to become a Certified Physician Development Coach, and is certified in a number of assessment and development instruments. He is the first Harvard College graduate to be elected President of the Yale Alumni Association of Boston. A native of Beaufort, South Carolina., Rob offers a laid-back Southern style combined with dogged client-centered assertiveness. Rob works with clients locally and from around the world with a customized combination of virtual and in person sessions.
