This course focuses on the Neuroscience of Leadership in practice. Students will work with a master practitioner and peer coaches using a brain-based perspective to reflect upon their activities and experiences working or practicing in the field to enhance skills and professional growth. The seminar emphasizes practices based on integrative concepts of cognitive and affective neuroscience theory and application demonstrated through ongoing case study discussions.

The expanded course includes supplemental readings, an additional brain-based facilitation assignment and reflection.

Pre-requisite: LP764 - Neurobiology of Leadership
Co-requisite: LP802 - Doctoral Project 1; :P919 - Doctoral Project 2; or LP920 - Doctoral Project 3
