This course focuses on the issues and strategies for overcoming resistance to change on personal, organizational and social levels. Drawing from the research by Robert Kegan, Laskow Lahey, and other scholars, students will learn the theoretical underpinnings for overcoming resistance to change through readings, case studies, and experiential exercises and by using the Immunity to Change methodology in their own doctoral program. Open only to students in the doctoral program in Leadership Psychology.
