Inclusive leadership is essential for organizational success in today’s diverse and interconnected world. Despite growing awareness, prejudice and discrimination persist in organizational systems, rooted in implicit biases and neuropsychological processes. This course addresses the need for leaders to understand the evolutionary, neuroscientific, and psychological processes behind the development, formation, and maintenance of prejudice, stereotypes, and types of discrimination; enabling them to design brain-specific interventions that foster equity, belonging, and organizational well-being. By integrating neuroscience and psychological frameworks, students will gain evidence-based insights into how biases form and how inclusive leadership can mitigate their impact at individual, group, and systemic levels.
