INTERFACE Resource and Referral Counselor

Andrea Lanza, MA, LMHC is a Resource and Referral Counselor at INTERFACE Referral Service. She received her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College with a certificate in Child and Family Mental Health. She has professional experience working in schools, community mental health clinics, and college counseling centers, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and across different stages of life. She joined INTERFACE in 2021 and works on the South Shore Hospital specialty contract, supporting the EAP and helping employees find care that they need. Providing services in both English and Spanish, Andrea is committed to creating a welcoming, culturally responsive space where clients feel seen and supported.
