Staff: Eliza Kim, MA, LMHC

Eliza Kim, MA, LMHC has been an Intake Coordinator for INTERFACE Referral since 2022. She earned her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from William James College and has worked in the field since 2016 providing direct clinical care in diverse settings, including in-home therapy, school-based, and clinic-based. She has worked with individuals across the lifespan from a wide range of backgrounds and lived experiences. Eliza is committed to fostering an inclusive, empowering environment where all voices are values and psychological safety is prioritized. Her work is grounded in cultural humility, ongoing self-reflection, and meaningful engagement with individuals of diverse identities, cultures, and experiences. She strives to address systemic barriers, promote equity, and celebrate the richness of diversity in her work.
