Kelly Anne Weaver, MA

Kelly Anne Weaver, MA is the Operations Manager and has been working at the INTERFACE Referral Service since 2008. She is passionate about providing the best customer service to clients to improve access to mental health services. Kelly supervises, trains, and manages INTERFACE Referral Counselors. For many years she worked as an LGBTQ+ Advocate at Mass Bay Community College. In that role, Kelly led campus wide advocacy programs such as National Coming Out Day and Guest Speaker Panel Discussions to promote increased awareness of LGBTQ+ issues. In the past, she was on the Speakers Bureau for Greater Boston PFLAG, which provides opportunities for dialogue about sexual orientation and gender identity to increase understanding and respect for human diversity. Currently Kelly serves on the board of The Massachusetts Society for the University Education of Women which awards academic scholarships to women attending Massachusetts Universities. She earned her master's degree in counseling psychology from Boston College and participates in a variety of continuing education programs such as webinars through McLean Hospital and The Wholebeing Institute.
