Pooja Khialani, PsyD is the Program Director of the Juvenile Court Clinic Operations in Norfolk and Suffolk counties at William James College. She is a Certified Juvenile Court Clinician I and II who earned her doctorate in Psychology through the Williams James College and has been conducting forensic evaluations of children and families since 2010. Dr. Khialani’s experience includes forensic evaluations of children and families involved with the juvenile justice system and child protective agencies, comprehensive psychological testing services in civil and criminal matters, evaluations of families involved in visitation and custody disputes, risk assessments of and individual therapy with adults with severe and persistent mental illness, and trauma focused individual therapy with children and adults. She conducts training seminars and provides clinical supervision to staff, graduate level interns, postdoctoral fellows and psychiatry residents.

Dr. Khialani’s areas of expertise and clinical interest include intimate partner violence; the impact of trauma on child development; childhood sexual abuse; expert witness testimony; forensic interviewing of young children; psychological testing and the use of the Rorschach in forensic evaluations; issues related to parental fitness; juvenile delinquency, violence risk assessments and competency to stand trial evaluations.
