Biography

Anna Ustun is the Program Manager in the Center for Workforce Development at William James College, where she builds, supports, and oversees career ladder and training pathways in behavioral health, including the Behavioral Health Service Corps and the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Initiative. Her work focuses on recruitment, training, mentorship, and retention of individuals underrepresented in the behavioral health workforce through culturally responsive program design, partnership development, and workforce capacity building. Anna is passionate about teamwork, group facilitation, workplace well-being, and helping people and organizations work in alignment with their values. She holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology with a concentration in Organizational Development and Change from William James College and undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Virginia Tech.
