Staff: Joseph Vasquez, MS

Joseph Vasquez is a Data Coordinator in the Center for Workforce Development (CWD) at William James College (WJC). In his role, Joseph supports the collection, organization, and management of student data for participants in the College’s workforce development programs. He works to ensure that program data are accurate, accessible, and useful for understanding student participation, outcomes, and the overall impact of CWD initiatives. Joseph brings a strong background in psychological research, statistics, data analysis, and research methodology to his work. His academic and professional interests focus on using data to better understand human behavior, learning, and decision-making, with particular interests in quantitative methods and cognitive psychology. Joseph earned a master’s degree in quantitative psychology from Ball State University, where he developed experience applying statistical and research methods to questions in psychology. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. At WJC, Joseph enjoys applying his research and analytical background to support workforce programs and help inform data-driven decision-making.
