Staff: Mandi Miller, MS

Mandi Miller, MS, is a Program Coordinator in the Center for Workforce Development (CWD) at William James College (WJC). In her role, Mandi provides administrative and operational support across multiple workforce development initiatives, with much of her work dedicated to the Behavioral Health Service Corps (BHSC) program.

Mandi's work focuses on recruiting, interviewing, and supporting BHSC students throughout their program experience. She partners closely with behavioral health agencies to develop field placement opportunities, connects students with field sites, and maintains strong relationships with community partners. Mandi presents at colleges, attends career fairs, hosts webinars and information sessions, presents at open houses, and helps lead student orientation activities. She also coordinates various program operations, including attendance tracking for workforce development initiatives, maintaining team meeting records and minutes, alumni communications, management of the BHSC LinkedIn page, and leading the BHSC Ambassador Initiative.

A passionate advocate for student development, Mandi thrives in helping undergraduate students navigate the transition from college to the workforce. She enjoys building meaningful relationships with students through one-on-one meetings, phone conversations, presentations, and throughout the program and beyond. Mandi finds fulfillment in helping students gain valuable field experience and taking the next step toward meaningful futures in the workforce. Her commitment to supporting students' growth and success is at the heart of her work.

Before joining William James College, Mandi served as Clinical Practice Manager for a behavioral health clinic, where she provided case management support while supporting client communications and marketing efforts. She also gained firsthand experience as an intern with the Key Program, working with youth and caregivers involved with the Department of Children and Families.

Mandi graduated Summa Cum Laude from Merrimack College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Sociology in 2023. She later earned a Master of Science in Leadership from Merrimack College in 2026, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a 4.0 GPA.
