Moni Lichi, MS, is the Workforce Partnerships and Field Placements Coordinator in the Center for Workforce Development (CWD) at William James College (WJC). In her role, she coordinates outreach efforts for workforce development initiatives, including the Community Health Workers (CHW) Training Program. She works closely with students, community-based organizations, educational institutions, and workforce partners to build strong partnerships and connect individuals with behavioral health opportunities.
Moni’s work focuses on developing and implementing recruitment strategies, engaging prospective students, conducting outreach and information sessions, and supporting applicants throughout the recruitment process. She builds and maintains relationships with community organizations, colleges, universities, and other workforce partners to expand access to behavioral health career opportunities. She also supports program operations by maintaining recruitment and participant-tracking systems, coordinating communications, and collaborating across teams to ensure effective program implementation.
Moni holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a 3.9 GPA, and an undergraduate degree in Law and Administration from Spiru Haret University in Romania. Before joining William James College, Moni spent four years in the Human Resources Department at FamilyAid, where she developed extensive experience in employee relations, recruitment, and organizational support.
