Anna Ustun is the Program Manager in the Center for Workforce Development at William James College, where she builds, supports, and oversees career ladder and training pathways in behavioral health, including the Behavioral Health Service Corps and the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Initiative. Her work focuses on recruitment, training, mentorship, and retention of individuals underrepresented in the behavioral health workforce through culturally responsive program design, partnership development, and workforce capacity building.

Anna is passionate about teamwork, group facilitation, workplace well-being, and helping people and organizations work in alignment with their values. This basically means she loves helping organizations work better for the humans inside them.

She holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology with a concentration in Organizational Development and Change from William James College and undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Virginia Tech.

She’s always excited to connect with others who care about making the workplace and behavioral health field better for everyone. William James College has a uniquely close-knit, uplifting community that lives out its values of personal growth and social responsibility which made my student experience all the richer. I look forward to connecting, hearing your story, and supporting you in your program exploration.
