This seminar develops reflective practice as a foundational professional skill in applied behavioral health. Students engaged in field experiences complete structured reflections and participate in guided discussions examining professional roles, systems, decision-making processes, and contemporary issues affecting practice. The course situates field observations within broader organizational, ethical, and social contexts while strengthening habits of professional inquiry essential for continued study and career development. This course requires a 1.5 hour mandatory synchronous online seminar.
