Additional Fees and Charges

Additional Applied Training

A fee equivalent to 1 credit is assessed each semester.


Audit Fee

Cost of auditing a course is 1/2 regular tuition rate.


Continuing Capstone Project Fee

(Masters in Organizational Psychology students only)
A Continuing Capstone Project Fee is charged to students who continue to work on the Capstone Project beyond the required 3 credits. Students must pay the Continuing Capstone Project Fee until the Capstone is complete. The fee is charged at the rate of two credits per semester. Students finishing their Capstone Project within the posted semester add/drop deadline will not be charged the Continuing Capstone Project Fee for the semester. 


Continuing Doctoral Project Fee

(Doctoral students only)
A Continuing Doctoral Project Fee is charged to students who continue to work on the Doctoral Project beyond the required credits. Students must pay the Continuing Project Fee until the Doctoral Project is complete. The fee is charged at the rate of three credits per semester. Students holding their colloquium within the posted semester add/drop deadline will not be charged the Continuing Doctoral Project Fee for the semester.


Continuous Enrollment Fee

(Clinical PsyD students only)
A Continuous Enrollment Fee equivalent to the student services fee for the semester is charged to students who have completed their Doctoral Project, but did not match with an Internship.


Graduation Fee

A mandatory $475 fee is charged during the semester preceding the student's graduation. The fee covers the cost of the ceremony, brochure, diploma, cap, gown, hood and access to transcripts for a nominal fee. The fee is charged whether or not the student attends the ceremony.


Immersion Fees

The following fee will be charged for each immersion program:

  • Ecuador: $3,000 per student. 
  • Guyana: $3,000 per student. 
  • Haiti: $2,500 per student. 
  • Kenya: $3,700 per student. 
  • Trinidad: $1,500 per student 

Interest Charge

Students who fail to pay the semester's tuition in full prior to the start of classes each semester will be charged 1 percent interest per month on the unpaid balance.


Late Registration Fee

Students registering during the published late registration period will be charged a $100 fee. Students should be aware that late registrants are frequently unable to enroll in the courses that they prefer since courses may already be filled.


Transcripts

Official transcript orders must be requested through the National Student Clearinghouse for a fee of $5 per transcript.  In-house transcripts will be processed on a case-by-case basis for a fee of $10 per transcript.
