Greetings! My name is Tanya Tovar. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with minors in Neuroscience and Business Administration from Framingham State University, and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Bay Path University. I am Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the state of Massachusetts and currently serve as the Regional Coordinator for Eastern Massachusetts at Positive Behavior Supports Corp.
I am pursuing my doctoral studies at William James College in the Leadership Psychology program, with a concentration in Neuroscience and an emphasis in Inclusive Leadership. I have presented at ABAI and multiple professional conferences. My professional interests include neuroscience, the brain, trauma-informed practice, leading with intent and purpose, and creating a psychological safe space for all.
