  • Director of Leadership Development, Boston Public Schools
    In this role, she collaborated with an array of central office leaders, school leaders and partners to design and implement high quality, inquiry-based and well-organized professional learning experiences for school principals. Kris also co-led a series of sessions for managers of color concerning topics of race and equity. In addition, she designed and implemented professional development which allowed Boston Public Schools to achieve district-wide workforce diversity goals in 2017 and 2018.
