Profile Statement

Perry Carrison is a trusted advisor to senior executives. From The World Bank to the Discovery Channel to Takeda to Marriott, Carrison has provided his clients with the kind of perceptive partnering each needed to be sure of next steps.

Perry began his work in corporations as publicist, then National Director of PR, for Ringling Bros and Barnum and Bailey Circus. Perry studied and worked with thought leaders (Marilyn Ferguson, John Naisbett, Peter Senge Buckminister Fuller) in their challenge to shift the perspective of American business culture. By the late 80s, he and his partner, Claire Carrison, opened the Millvale Executive Retreat as a learning center for mid-level and senior executives. It was from this work that Perry and his partners contributed to the revolution in performance awareness known now as competency based assessment, talent management and coaching. Perry earned his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and Goddard College, with graduate work at Catholic University.

"William James excels in preparing gifted executive coaches for their clients. Supervising their progress feels like the right investment in America's business future."
