The Advanced Statistics and Research Methods Seminar is designed for doctoral students seeking to expand their methodological and analytic expertise beyond foundational coursework. The seminar provides individualized, mentored learning that supports students in applying advanced quantitative and research methods techniques directly to their Doctoral Project research. Topics may include advanced regression and multilevel modeling, factor and structural equation analysis, quasi-experimental and longitudinal designs, mixed-methods integration, and scale validation. Emphasis is placed on ethical data handling, statistical interpretation, and scholarly communication of results using professional and APA standards. Students complete the seminar with a customized analytic plan or methodological strategy tailored to their research needs. This course is for students who are enrolled in the Doctoral Project sequence (registered in DP 2, or 3). 

Pre-requisites: Completion of LP729: Statistics 1, LP723 Qualitative Methods of Naturalistic Inquiry, LP722 Statistics 2 and LP802 DP1.
