Students will gain insight into how leaders can create trust and psychological safety among their followers to better manage constant change. Emphasis will be placed on the neurological impact of perceived threats and rewards in relation to learning, performance, change, and innovation capacities. This course will teach students to apply concepts from brain science to understand human behavior and what it takes to lead highly performing teams and organizations.
