Retention Rate

Students in the Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching (Blended) program retain in the program at high rates. The one-semester retention rate for those entering the program in Fall 2020 was 94% (15/16).

Methodology: Retention rate is calculated as new students who enrolled in a Fall term of one academic year and came back the subsequent Fall term, e.g. retention rate = (Fall 2018)/(Fall 2017). When the program length is one year or less, semester to semester retention is calculated, e.g., retention rate = (Spring 2019)/(Fall 2018).


Graduation Rate and Time to Degree

The Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching program length is 1 year. The 150% graduation rate for the most recent cohort was 100% (15/15). The average time to degree for this cohort was 9 months.

Methodology: Those starting in Fall 2019 were the most recent graduating cohort who would complete their degree within 150% of time. Time to degree in months is calculated by subtracting start date of the student from the date the degree was completed or conferred and reported in average months. 150% Graduation rate is calculated for full-time and part-time students combined; The 150% graduation rate is calculated by taking students who enrolled in Fall and Spring terms of one academic year (starting cohort) and graduated within 150% of the program length, e.g., 1.5 years.

Twenty-five (25) degrees were awarded from September 2020 through August 2021.
