Retention Rate

Students in the Leadership PsyD program retain in the program at high rates. The one-year retention rate for those entering the Leadership PsyD program in Fall 2020 was 100% (13/13).

Methodology: Retention rate is calculated as new students who enrolled in a Fall term of one academic year and came back the subsequent Fall term, e.g. retention rate = (Fall 2018)/(Fall 2017). When the program length is one year or less, semester to semester retention is calculated, e.g., retention rate = (Spring 2019)/(Fall 2018).


Graduation Rate and Time to Degree

The Leadership PsyD program length is 4 years. The 150% graduation rate for the most recent graduating cohort was 60% (6/10). The average time to degree for this cohort was 41 months.

Methodology: Those starting in Fall 2015 were the most recent graduating cohort who would complete their degree within 150% of time. Time to degree in months is calculated by subtracting start date of the student from the date the degree was completed or conferred and reported in average months. 150% Graduation rate is calculated for full-time and part-time students combined; The 150% graduation rate is calculated by taking students who enrolled in Fall and Spring terms of one academic year (starting cohort) and graduated within 150% of the program length, e.g., 6 years (150% graduation rate for Leadership PsyD).


Licensure

This program does not lead to licensure.


Job Placement

Most Leadership PsyD alumni find jobs within the first year after graduation. For example, 85.7% (6/7) of alumni from the classes of 2017-18 through 2020-21 found a job in the first year after graduation.

Salary

100% of alumni in the PsyD in Leadership program earn $75,000 to $125,000 two to four years post-graduation. Within one-year post-graduation, 100% earn between $75,000 to $175,000, with 50% earning $150,000 to $175,000.

Degrees Awarded

Eleven (11) Leadership PsyD degrees were awarded from September 2020 through August 2021.


Attrition

Four (4) Leadership PsyD students enrolled in 2020-21 academic year are no longer enrolled in the program.
