Leadership Licensure Program/Graduate Certificate in School Leadership (LLP/GCSL) Student Outcomes

Retention Rate

Students in the Leadership Licensure Program/Graduate Certificate in School Leadership (LLP/GCSL), blended program, is new. The one-semester retention rate for those entering the program in Fall 2021 will be calculated in Fall 2022.

Methodology: Retention rate is calculated as new students who enrolled in a Fall term of one academic year and came back the subsequent Fall term, e.g. retention rate = (Fall 2018)/(Fall 2017). When the program length is one year or less, semester to semester retention is calculated, e.g., retention rate = (Spring 2019)/(Fall 2018).

Graduation Rate and Time to Degree

The LLP/GCSL length is one year. The 150% graduation rate and time to completion cannot be calculated. This is a new program and therefor no graduate data is available to report.

Methodology: Time to degree in months is calculated by subtracting start date of the student from the date the degree was completed or conferred and reported in average months. 150% Graduation rate is calculated for full-time and part-time students combined; The 150% graduation rate is calculated by taking students who enrolled in Fall and Spring terms of one academic year (starting cohort) and graduated within 150% of the program length, e.g., 1.5 years.
