The BS in Psychology and Human Services offers a concentration in Substance Use and Addictions. The concentration provides  a focused course of study for students who are interested in specializing in substance use and addiction assessment and treatment. The concentration takes a multifaceted approach to clinical training in this important area of study.

The Substance Use and Addictions Concentration offers more focused study in substance use treatment with an emphasis on preparing students for optional licensure as an alcohol and drug counselor in the state of Massachusetts (LADC) or nationally as a certified alcohol and drug counselor (CADC). Required courses within the concentration will meet licensing criteria for state and national licensure.
