Agreement allows internships in Institute of Neurosciences

During President Nick Covino's trip to Ecuador, a partnership was signed with La Junta de Beneficencia de Guayaquil. They manage four major hospitals, including El Instituto de Neurociencias, which focuses on mental health care including outpatient, inpatient for acute and chronic mentally ill consumers, substance abuse units, and residencies.
