Who’s speaking at this year’s local college commencements?

Margot Stern-Strom, founder of Facing History and Ourselves, a non-profit organization that develops educational material on prejudices and injustice in American and European society, will speak at our commencement ceremony on June 4 at the Park Plaza Hotel. Honorary degree recipients include Stern-Strom; James Roosevelt Jr., former CEO and president of Tufts Health Plan, a leader in health care; and Robert Lewis Jr., president and founder of The Base in Roxbury, which provides sports and academic opportunities for urban youths.
