Welcome
William James College INTERFACE Referral Service
The William James INTERFACE Referral Service, offered through our Center for Forensic and Clinical Services, is an outpatient mental health and wellness referral Helpline. This is a free, confidential referral service for residents of participating communities. Callers from these participating communities are matched with licensed mental health providers from our extensive database, on average, within 2 weeks of their call to INTERFACE. Each referral best meets the location, insurance, and specialty needs of the caller.
William James INTERFACE Referral Service also provides Guides and Resources available for all visitors to our website, which can be helpful when navigating the mental health system. Material on our website is intended as general information. It is not a recommendation for treatment, nor should it be considered medical or mental health advice. We urge families to discuss all information and questions related to medical or mental health care with a health care professional.
Additionally, the William James INTERFACE Referral Service supports the work of organizations across the state including Department of Disabled Persons Protection Commission's Sexual Assault Response team and Combined Jewish Philanthropies.
