Important Announcement for Natick Residents and Parents of Public School Students

Beginning on 10/7/24, in order to obtain access to INTERFACE Referral Service, you will first need to gain approval from your community point person, who is indicated below.

How will this process work?

  • Instead of calling us directly for an outpatient mental health referral for yourself or your dependent you will need to contact the appropriate community point person below, depending on the age of the person who will be receiving services.
  • The community point person will discuss your or your dependent's needs and if deemed appropriate to utilize INTERFACE Referral Service, they will submit your name and contact information to us to begin the intake process for yourself or your dependent.  (The community point person may provide you with alternative resources in addition to or in lieu of our service.)
  • If the community point person decides to utilize INTERFACE for your or your dependent's referral needs, then once we receive your contact information you can expect us to reach out to you to complete the intake process, typically within 1-2 business days of receipt of your contact information.

Who do I contact to start this process?

  • For referrals for children, please contact: Dr. Art Fergusson, Director of Clinical Services, Counseling, SEL and Equity at Natick Public Schools at 508-647-6500
  • For referrals for adults, please contact: Catherine(Katie) Sugarman, MA, CPS, Prevention and Outreach Program Manager, Natick Health Department and Program Director of Natick 180 Coalition at 508-647-6623
