Facebook murder an act of random killing by deranged person

"Often such individuals are often the people who have felt bullied or persecuted for a good deal of their life,” said Joseph Toomey, Director of the Forensic Psychology concentration. Toomey was sought for comment surrounding the driving factors behind the Cleveland, Ohio man who committed murder on social media.
