MA in Organizational Psychology: Degree Requirements

Our MA in Organizational Psychology degree program is designed for working professionals who desire to expand, deepen, and sharpen their skills in leading and sustaining change in organizations. The Blended and Online Only cohorts are given the same curriculum (other than the experiential weekend-in-residences) and are taught by the same instructor concurrently. Classes include several weeks of reading, online lectures, and assignments. For the Blended option the online/distance portion is followed by an intensive weekend-in-residence (WIR). The WIRs are held from 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM on Saturday and Sunday following the online portion of each course.

The cohort model is central to our educational approach. As such, you will be in a class of people who will take the same courses in the same sequence as you throughout the duration of the program. We place a great deal of value on peer learning, and expect our cohorts to include students who have practiced some of the subject matter in their professional lives. Finally, “Experiential Learning” will be employed over more traditional methods of education.
