- COU SB515 - Substance Abuse Evaluation and Treatment (credits: 3) (required prior to concurrent MVP substance abuse course in summer semester)
- COU TR602 - Trauma: Theory and Treatment (credits: 3) (course required prior to MVP trauma course in Fall semester of year two)
- CLI MV540 - Trauma and the Military (credits: 1) (introductory graduate trauma course required prior or concurrent)
- CLI MV515 - Military Families and the Cycle of Deployment (credits: 1) (introductory graduate course in family theory or therapy required prior or concurrently)
